サーマルプロテクター INTRODUCTION
PEPI Thermal Protector is single pole single throw non-tesettable device.
This device can provide quicker thermal response and longer durability than
thermal cut-off,and therefore higher reliability.
When the enviromental temprature reaches a point over the defined
temperature,inner bimetal actuators and as a result cut off the electrical
circuit.
The reset temperature is less than -35℃,so this prevents the Thermal
Protector from resetting under normal operating conditions.
The device has been designed to offer sufficient distance between
the bimetal and the contact point, so bimetal faces less effect
from the self-heating of the contact point.
Furthermore,phenolic resin case helps to isolate the device from the
electrical cirsuit.
Current only passes two terminals<marked in red below>,and dose not flow
to sensor part and
two rivets<marked in blue below>,so this design leads to
more freedom of mounting and hence a veriety of applications.

単極単投 シングルオペレーションデバイスです。
設定した温度まで耐え、その温度を超えると内部のバイメタルが反転をし
電流を遮断します。
一度電流を遮断しますと、マイナス35℃以下にならなければ再度電流が
流れることはありません。
温度を検知するバイメタル部と接点部に距離がある為、
電流負荷による接点の自己発熱影響も受けにくい
製品となっております。
また、左右に伸びる端子部のみに電流がながれる為、機器への取付や
周辺部品との位置設定にも優位性を持ちます。
